Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Gramit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Gramit.

Gramit provides a browser-based tool for creating and managing hierarchical diagrams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at privacy@gramit.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

You agree not to use Gramit to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or share content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the diagrams and content you create in Gramit. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.

The Gramit name, logo, software, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Gramit and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gramit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you via email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
